Unlike chemical-based cleaners, enzyme-based cleaners use non-pathogenic bacteria to speed up the process of breaking down organic waste by acting as a catalyst. Enzymes break down complex molecules in starches and proteins to eliminate stains and odors entirely. The enzymes are small enough to penetrate the smallest corners. Once the enzymes dry out, they die. Allowing the area to dry naturally and not rushing the process ensures that the stain/odor is completely removed.

Apply to stain. Let it work for at least 5 minutes. Then wash as usual. To boost laundry detergent, add 1 cup of KIDS ‘N’ PETS to every load.

Saturate with KIDS ‘N’ PETS. Allow it to work for 10 minutes. Gently blot stain with a clean cloth. If necessary, repeat until stain is gone.

For old dried stains, allow KIDS ‘N’ PETS to work for 1 hour and then blot.

Yes. Add 8 ounces of KIDS ‘N’ PETS to 1 gallon of water (or for deep cleaning, 16 ounces). Add mixed solution to your carpet cleaning machine. Do not use in steam cleaners – the heat can destroy some enzymes. Pretreat noticeable stains 1 hour prior to carpet cleaning.
